The problem

Conventional ESD flooring systems are rarely suitable for such environments. Thick epoxy floors crack under heavy vehicle loads, while modular mats tear or shift during logistics operations.

The ProShieldESD solution
ProShieldESD was applied as a thin-film, two-part ESD coating directly onto existing hangar floors. The coating bonds strongly to the concrete surface without increasing floor thickness or brittleness.
Because the coating is thin, the full load-bearing capacity of the hangar floor remains unchanged. Heavy trucks, forklifts, and equipment operate normally while ESD behaviour remains controlled.
